In order to grant access to this elevation level, we will journey together assisting you with
reflecting on the past (using acceptance and coping skills), working in the present (through
identifying and implementing skills) and building goals for the future. We will use therapeutic
methods to help you overcome challenges and catapult you into becoming the person you
